Earlier this year we were referred to a company by one of our long time customers (12 years) to quote on a 2-day rental. It seems our well known competition left alias Mr. Smith hanging high and dry with technical difficulties and less than reliable equipment on a lonely Sunday afternoon. The requirement was for 30 PC's to be connected via T1 access to the Internet for a class bright and early Monday morning at a popular Boston hotel.

After learning more about his business we were able to not only provide him with an exceptional computer rental at a competitive rate, but we also saved Mr. Smith more than $7500.00 in T1 connection charges! That's another story or should I say "trade secret". Needless to say after our third rental with Mr. Smith this year (in San Francisco) he told me that we are "his guys" for his computer rentals.
